Errors & Omissions

Errors and Omissions Insurance Coverage will cover any missteps that one could take during construction that aren’t a result of the work.  A good example would be if a General Contractor had his subcontractors install something with his specifications, but the measurements were off.  This error would be a result of the professional guidance and not the work performed and that would fall under an error by omission.  Any type of home inspector or any other Artisan that is giving substantial guidance or completing reports should carry Errors and Omissions coverage.
